No task starts before AIRTH alignment.
Whether a task is given by someone else or started by you independently, run it through the five AIRTH fundamentals before execution. If something is unclear, do not fill the gap with assumptions — ask. The goal is not to slow work down. The goal is to prevent hours of work in the wrong direction.

Use these five checks before creating, deciding, building, sending, launching or submitting anything.

Inspiration
Start from what already exists.
Research, benchmark and learn first. Don’t build from zero when someone has already solved part of the problem — but don’t copy it as-is. Understand what works, adapt it to your objective and context, and build a better version.

Range
Never stop at the first answer.
It’s a numbers game. Generate multiple approaches, options and drafts before deciding what deserves to move forward.

Test
Try to break it before reality does.
Ask: How can this fail? What could go wrong? Test assumptions, edge cases and failure scenarios before launch.

How will it look to the user?
Experience it from the other side.
See the final output where and how the user will actually experience it. Answer every obvious question. Remove confusion. Assume nothing.
