How long does shipping take?

How do I request a return, refund, or replacement?
- Select the Replacement Request form (for replacements) or Refund/Return Request form (for refunds/returns).

What happens after I submit my return or refund request?
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with further instructions.
- If your request is eligible, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address.
- Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all accessories and the purchase receipt.
