1. Pricing
1.1. All prices quoted are the final gross amounts determined by the Company.
1.2. No term of the Purchase Order shall amend or modify the quoted prices or quantities unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Company.
2. Taxes
2.1. Applicable GST shall be charged extra, in accordance with prevailing statutory requirements.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment shall be made immediately after dispatch of the units.
3.2. Late Payment Charges: Any delay in payment shall attract interest at 18% per month, calculated from the date of dispatch.
3.3. Cheque Return Charges: A penalty of ₹500 shall apply in case of cheque dishonour.
4. Warranty Policy
4.1. A Lifetime Warranty is provided only on the Metal Frame of the Split AC Air Purifier.
4.2. The AIRTH Air Quality Monitor carries a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
4.3. No other component, filter, accessory, or consumable is covered under warranty unless explicitly stated in writing by the Company.
4.4. Warranty does not cover physical damage, improper installation, or misuse.
5. Replacement & Return Policy
5.1. AIRTH accepts replacement requests strictly within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
5.2. Replacement is applicable only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damage approved by the Company.
5.3. Goods once sold are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
5.4. All replacement requests must be submitted through the Company’s designated support channels.
6. Annual Maintenance Cost (AMC)
6.1. AMC must be purchased separately at ₹15,000 + GST (18%).
6.2. AMC coverage and services shall be governed by the AMC document provided at the time of purchase.
7. On-Site Support
7.1. On-site product inspection services start at ₹400 per device.
7.2. Charges may vary depending on location, access conditions, and the nature of the complaint.
7.3. On-site support may require pre-scheduling based on technician availability.
8. Shipping & Logistics
8.1. Standard shipping charges are included unless stated otherwise.
8.2. Orders exceeding 10 units shall attract additional shipping charges, determined by volume and destination.
8.3. For priority or expedited deliveries, all shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the Customer.
8.4. Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or courier constraints, and are not guaranteed.
9. Validity & Modifications
9.1. All quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
9.2. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.
9.3. Any change, alteration, or addition to the quotation will require a fresh quotation request and Company approval.
10. Marketing Permissions
10.1. With the Customer’s consent, the Company may place marketing materials at the installation site.
10.2. With the Customer’s consent, the Company may capture photos/videos of installations and publish them for marketing purposes.
10.3. With the Customer’s consent, the Company may record testimonial videos and use them on digital or offline platforms.
11. Liability
11.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
11.2. The Company shall not be responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or third-party handling.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
