Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, refund, and cancellation procedures of AiRTH Research Private Limited (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). We believe in following a transparent return and refund mechanism and this Policy sets forth the process followed by the Company. This Policy shall be applicable for the Product(s) (as defined hereinbelow) purchased through the Company’s website (https://www.airth.in/) or otherwise (“Platform”).

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, we offer you a refund guarantee within 7 working days in your bank account provided to us. - Definition and Key Terms
The words capitalized in this Policy shall have the meanings as ascribed to them as follows:
1.1. “Customer” shall mean any company, organisation or person that purchases the Product(s) through the Platform or otherwise.
1.2. “Product(s)” shall mean AiRTH Anti-Microbial Air Purifier.
- Cancellation policy
2.1. If the Customer wishes to cancel their order before shipping of the Product(s), they will be eligible for a full refund.
2.2. After shipping of the Product(s), cancellation request will only be processed after the delivery of Product(s) to the Customer’s address. Any refund subject to such cancellation shall be initiated post pickup from the Customer’s address.
2.3. Please note that the delivery and pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount in case the cancellation request is placed as per Clause 2.2 of this Policy.
- Shipping Policy
3.1. Product(s) are shipped generally within 2 (two) – 3 (three) working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
3.2. Depending on the location of delivery of the Product(s), our logistics partner may take upto 4 (four) – 10 (ten) days to deliver the Product(s) to you.
3.3. The Company will make best efforts to deliver the Product(s) in the provided timeline. However, such timeline is provided on an assumption basis and might vary depending upon the circumstances.
- Return & Refund Policy
4.1. Any Customer can initiate a return request by contacting on the above mentioned number/email within 15 (fifteen) days of the delivery of the Product(s) and no such request shall be processed after a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery.
4.2. We require the Customer to return the Product(s) and its constituents with original packaging in ‘to be re-used’ condition, along with the receipt of purchase at the time of return. 4.3. A return shall not be accepted if any of the following criteria are met:
4.3.1. If the Customer has damaged the ordered Product(s);
4.3.2. If the Customer has altered the Product in any shape or form;
4.3.3. If the request for return has been generated after the permissible time period as mentioned in Clause 4;
4.3.4. If any constituent/ part of the Product is missing or damaged; or
4.3.5. Any other criteria that may be decided by the Company from time to time.
4.4. Once the return of the Product(s) is accepted by the Company, we shall process the refund for the same within 7 (seven) days, from the date of such acceptance, into the Customer(s) source account.
4.5. If the Product(s) are damaged during the shipping, the Customer must contact us within 5 (five) calendar days after the delivery and we shall resolve the issue promptly.
4.6. In the event, the Customer incurs any loss due to an act or omission by the Company and/or its representatives, the Customer understands and agrees that under no circumstances shall the Company and/or its representatives be liable to the Customer for any claim amount beyond the amount paid by the Customer for the Product.
