All AIRTH products are covered, including:

How do I cancel my order?

  • Before Dispatch
    - Email support@airth.in or call +91-8700529995 with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
    - If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. 
    - Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
     
  • After Dispatch
    - Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
    - The customer must accept the delivery.
    - After delivery, only a replacement may be requested (no refund/no return).
    - Replacement eligibility:
        - Only for damaged or defective products
        - Must be reported within 7 working days from delivery
    - Pickup and redelivery charges may apply depending on the case.

How do I request a Replacement?

  • Submit your request through our official online portal: https://airth.in/pages/complaint
  • Select the Replacement Request form (for replacements)
  • Complete the required details, describe your issue, and attach any supporting documents or photos.

What happens after I submit my Replacement Request?

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with further instructions.
  • If your request is eligible, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address.
  • Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all accessories and the purchase receipt.

When will I receive my Rreplacement?

  • Replacements: A replacement product is shipped after we receive and verify your original item.

What is the Replacement Window?

You may request a replacement within 7 working days of delivery of your product.

When are Replacement NOT accepted?

Replacement are not accepted if:

  • The product or packaging is damaged, used, or missing parts (not due to shipping).
  • The product has been altered or tampered with.
  • The request is made after 7 working days from delivery.
  • Any criteria transparently communicated by AIRTH support at the time of your request.

What if my product is damaged or defective on arrival?

If your product is damaged or defective when delivered, please submit a complaint within 7 calendar days of delivery at https://airth.in/pages/complaint under the Replacement Tab for prompt, no-cost resolution.

How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • You’ll receive tracking details by Email, SMS & WhatsApp or you can track your at: Track Order

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If you need to change your address before dispatch, Email at: support@airth.in or Call us at: +91-8700529995 as soon as possible.
