What is the AQI Challenge?

It’s a limited-time program for our customers who have received our product. We send our Air Buddy to your premises with an AQI Monitor. We conduct a live air quality audit in person and assure you then and there that our Technology actually works and reduces the AQI significantly.

Is it really free? Are there any hidden charges?

To enroll in the AQI Challenge you need to pay ₹100 as insurance fees . No other hidden charges or obligations to buy. It helps us pay Air Buddy fairly.

How much time does the entire AQI Challenge take?

We barely need 15 minutes of your time to conduct the audit. Our Air Buddy are highly trained and won't take much of your time.

Terms and Conditions

1. This challenge is open only to customers of AIRTH who have purchased any of our products.

2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

3. Only one entry per household is allowed.

4. In case of damage or loss of the monitor, full or partial deductions will be made from the deposit.

5. AIRTH’s Air Buddy will visit the participant’s location to conduct the AQI audit and demonstrate product usage.

6. Participants must be present at the scheduled time for the home visit. As per the time and slot entered in the form.

7. If the participant is not available during the visit or if access is denied, AIRTH may cancel the challenge participation.

8. Participants are expected to use the AIRTH product as recommended throughout the challenge period.

9. A ₹100 non-refundable fees will be charged to enroll for the challenge.

10. By participating, users give AIRTH the right to use anonymized AQI data, videos, or testimonials for marketing purposes.

11. AIRTH will not publish names, addresses, or personal identifiers without written consent.

12. AQI results may vary depending on room conditions, ventilation, and external pollution levels.

13. AIRTH is not responsible for external environmental changes that may impact AQI results.

14. AIRTH reserves the right to accept or decline participation based on operational feasibility or misuse.

15. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

16. PM2.5 levels displayed on the AQI Monitor present with the technician would be the device used for conducting the challenge.

17. If the PM2.5 levels in the single-pass efficiency test are less than 20 as displayed on the AQI Monitor, then it would be considered a successful completion of the challenge in favor of AIRTH.

18. FULL REFUND will only be initiated if the Air Buddy is satisfied with the result of the challenge.

19. AIRTH holds the right to adjourn the challenge in case of any malpractice or wrongdoing.

20. Challenge can be enrolled on just a particular item that has been ordered. If at all REFUND is initiated it will be just for that particular product.
